Job Details
A highly reputable, fast paced and successful commercial company is looking for an interim HRBP responsible for their Information Technology team. Working within a collaborative HR team you will play a key role in identifying and meeting the people needs of this strong brand. You will act as a trusted advisor and drive performance, utilising your strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Accountabilities include:
- Working with senior stakeholders and Senior Leadership teams to create and deliver their people plans in line with corporate strategy
- Supporting the development and implementation of the people plan focusing on culture, leadership capability, talent and engagement
- Supporting, coaching, advising and influencing business leaders to increase engagement and performance
- Liaising with other business partners to drive consistency across the business and share best practice
- Drive the talent management agenda, building future leaders and a sustainable succession plan
- Deliver change management projects
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of business partnering in a professional and commercial organisation, ideally with previous experience of supporting the information technology or back office functions
- Demonstrate commercial drive and acumen, with the ability to influence and achieve results
- Ability to understand business needs and deliver the appropriate people plan
- Experience of planning and delivering organisation design and people change
- Experience of developing talent and succession plans
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker, excellent problem solving skills and influencing different business areas and management levels
- A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs and having the mindset of continuous improvement.
