Customer Service Advisors - Contact Centre

My client is a busy SME who work in the energy sector. They are currently recruiting for Customer Services Advisors to join their friendly team.

Based in Birmingham city centre, within easy reach of public transport.

Description

Duties:

Updating customer details on database

Complaint handling

Inbound/Outbound customer service calls

Profile

The ideal applicant will have/be:

Articulate

Good IT Skills

A good understanding and background in customer services

A 'get the job done' attitude

Reliable

Job Offer

You will be provided with on the job training/shadowing.

Shift patterns are:

10am - 6pm & 12pm - 8pm

This company like to promote from within and many of their management staff, started on the phones.

Salary £17,500

24 days hols & BH
