An Interim People Specialist is required to join a specialist reward function within a large manufacturing and distribution business in Bradford. This will be a fixed term contract position to cover maternity for c9 months paying up to £60k + benefits.

Client Details

A blue collar business, based in Bradford with manufacturing and distribution hubs across the UK. There is a large reward team on site which consists of administrators, analysts and business partners.

Description

As the Interim People Specialist you will be responsible for the management of a team of administrators and analysts within the reward function of the most complex arm of the business. This will include updating and amending the full compensation and benefits strategy for your business unit to ensure it continues to be fit for purpose.

Profile

The successful Interim People Specialist will:

  • have previously worked in a generalist HR position with input in to reward or be a reward specialist - ESSENTIAL
  • previously have mentored or lead a small team - ESSENTIAL
  • work effectively in a blue collar environment - ESSENTIAL
  • be a strong written and verbal communicator with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders within the business as required - ESSENTIAL
  • have strong numerical/analytical skills - ESSENTIAL
  • be available immediately or on a short notice period (max 4 weeks) - ESSENTIAL

Job Offer

This is a c9 months fixed term contract to start as soon as possible paying up to £60k + benefits.
