As the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning you will be required to provide expertise in the creation of the strategic workforce plan (2-5 years), headcount plans, create and lead the deployment of strategy, programs and processes based on the resourcing requirements of the business units concerned.

A key areas is to create a best in class workforce and discover analytical software tools to implement the company's 2-5 year staffing plans globally.

You will be responsible to create long-term relationships with the product company's leadership team (VPs and MD's) and act as the point of contact for all workforce and recruiting strategies, including projects and tenders. Ensuring that P&L opportunities are always maximised.

Your duties include:

Collaborate with divisional leaders to understand workforce mix and to be able to strategically assess capability and plan for future headcount volume.

Develop strategic workforce planning and initiatives whilst also advising divisional heads on opportunities to change the headcount mix of their teams.

Provide reports to leadership and establish key KPI metrics by using Lean methodology.

Work closely with TA to monitor competitors' practices and ensure the business is delivering good initiative to retain staff.

Your Skills:

Proven track record of head count planning and strategic workforce planning in a multi-national organisation.

Must have worked in a highly matrixed environment.

Experience in implementing process improvements across large multinational organisations.

Knowledge of Workday is Highly desirable.

This is an exciting role to work for a global organisation on a permanent basis. The role will be paying between £80000 - 90000 + Package. The organisation would consider paying a relocation package for UK only candidates.
