HR Advisor - ER Experience Needed
Central London
£38,000 - £42,000
12 month FTCAn exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the HR team within a global company based in Central London. The successful HR Advisor will be supporting across the business on high volumes of ER cases ranging from performance management through to redundancies and TUPE. You will be part of a larger global HR function of over 100 people; and as part of this team will be expected to participate and input on wider HR initiatives to support the continuous development of a high-performance culture. This is a true generalist role with a large employee relations focus and will therefore suit someone who can manage HR casework as well as someone who can work proactively with the business to drive the people agenda. Duties will include: Using HR knowledge to independently manage grievance and disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations, performance and absence management cases etc.Deal with day-to-day operational issues using sound commercial HR adviceEnhance individual and departmental performance within the business through employee engagement and change management initiatives Skills/experience required: Experience working within a matrix environmentAbility to manage high volume of ER casesGood understanding of UK employment lawIdeally CIPD or equivalentTUPE and redundancy experienceAbility to build relationships at all levelsAbility to work on own initiative If you have strong ER experience and are passionate about HR, and you are available immediately or at short notice, please don't hesitate to apply!
