You will be part of a central HR function so will have support from the wider HR team.

Responsibilities (not conclusive)

·Input all data to include starters, leavers, promotions, salary changes, cost centre changes etc...
·Input adhoc variable data
·Calculate gross value of holiday pay, unpaid leave and KIT days - using salary calculator
·Producing letters for employees
·Producing data on long term sickness

Offering £19000 - 23000 DOE.

·Maintain the CRM system
·Update trackers
·Producing adhoc reports
·Note taking: disciplinary, grievance and consultation meetings
·Correspondence: offer letters, contracts etc...
·Recruitment: advertising, utilising social media and job boards
·General admin duties
·Being the point of contact for HR queries
