Reporting directly into one of the three HR Managers you will support mostly with recruitment, projects and generalist HR. This role provides a route for progression with the opportunity of moving into more of HR Generalist position in the future. You will act as a supervisor to the current HR Administrator. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for any recruitment coordinator to move into more of a generalist HR role

Our client are a medium sized investments firm with offices based in the heart of the City


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and assisting with the recruitment process
  • Supporting the HR Manager with HR projects
  • Assisting with improving the on-boarding process
  • Supervising the HR administrator
  • HR Generalist duties


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment but is looking to broaden their knowledge and experience in HR.

the ideal candidate will be a graduate (or equivalent) with experience working in an internal recruitment co-ordination role with some elements of HR administration. Successful candidates will have private sector experience and ideally have come from FS, Legal or Professional services.
