This will be an Interim HR Business Partner for a Global Tech business who are experiencing growth throughout the business- especially Europe. This Interim HRBP will work closely with VPs of Sales and their leadership teams within the EMEA Sales Organisation covering Northern Europe, DACH and UK&I. This is a very digitally savvy business, and you must be someone who is adept at handling ambiguity, and at forming relationships remotely with senior leaders.

My client are ideally looking for an innovative, hands-on and commercially focused Interim HR Business Partner (with a background in delivering Interim roles). You must have a passion for establishing and developing first-class HR support and advice. The HRBP will take full responsibility with the wider HR team for this group across EMEA.

The key responsibilities will include:

-HR Coverage of three Tier 1 regions in EMEA - Northern, Central Europe and UK/I
-Business Partner to 3 Regional Sales Vice Presidents and their teams
-Coach, support and guide managers in the application of HR policies and practices, and team/employee development
-Ensure the implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives, such as Annual Compensation Review and Talent Reviews
-Partner business heads and key stakeholders with all performance management and ER issues, including grievance, disciplinary, complex HR legal cases and exit processes
-Assist the TA team and other COE's) in attracting the best talent and ensure an excellent On-boarding process for new hires
-Ensure close cooperation with the wider HR teams, HR Centre of Excellence functions, HR Operations, Global HRBPs

We are looking for an HR professional with proven experience, ideally gained from an international, fast-paced, matrix organisation. We need someone who has the experience of working with virtual groups, handle ambiguity and who is a native or near-native German speaker. Fluency in English a must. Knowledge and experience of HR support/employment legislation in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Benelux and Nordics will be an advantage. High level analytical and problem-solving skills is essential. Broad-based knowledge and experience of advising directly on complex HR issues and casework. Willingness to travel will be an advantage, as this will be a requirement of the role.

This will be an interim role for up to 6 months, and to be considered you MUST have a working knowledge of German and fluent in English.
