Talent Partner

Our client is a leading retailer with a diverse portfolio of stores who are looking for two Talent Partners to join the team, covering either the North or South regions.

This could be a great opportunity for you within this FTSE 100 company as they implement exciting changes, reviewing how they utilise existing talent within their business population.

This well-established iconic retailer which has years of experience behind them, linking the consumer with a range of products from fashion and homewares to food and floristry. Being a highly commercial brand, they are looking for the ideal candidate to lead the co-ordination and delivery of talent management activity with their retail population.

As a talent partner you will work closely with the heads of HR for either the North or South regions to drive the talent management agenda through a vast portfolio of retail stores.

Gaining a clear understanding of capabilities and talent within existing teams, you will coach and support graduates, business partners and section managers ensuring they have the necessary development tools to grow them in their career path. From planning, creation and implementation, you will deliver learning solutions based on the requirements of the retail division, working alongside talent managers to create a robust plan and ensure that the correct resources are in place.

Identifying that not every individual learns and develops in their professional career the same way, you will utilise an array of tools to enable learning for everyone with a focus on technology using techniques such as gamification and flexible learning.

The ideal candidates will have both generalist HR experience with more recent experience within an operational talent and development position, rolling out solutions to the business.

Salary: c. £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits
