A highly reputable insurance company is looking for an interim L&D specialist to develop their digital learning solutions, using a wide variety of tools to deliver engaging learning content to drive the development of their people. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an evolving organisation and play a lead role in delivering change for this iconic organisation!

Accountabilities include:

  • Supporting the business partner in the design & delivery of the eLearning Strategy
  • Analysing and reviewing the latest industry trends, developing approaches to adpopt best practices and driving excellence and continual improvement across all blended learning programmes
  • Responsibility for the mandatory learning portfolios and change initiatives
  • Responsible for creating digital learning assets using a variety of multimedia and authoring software

Skills and experience

  • Must have gained the above digital design and delivery experience
  • Experience of working with an FCA regulated organisation is a distinct advantage
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge and application of established eLearning methodologies
  • Demonstrate a strong degree of technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and challenge key stakeholders
  • Work well under your own initiative an work well under tight deadlines
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Must have experience of working with LMS systems and authoring tools
