Network HR are supporting one of the largest financial services providers in the UK with the appointment of an Interim Recruitment Partner on an initial 12 month FTC to focus on medium-high volume digital and tech recruitment.
This role will require the successful candidate to support with the full recruitment life cycle including; managing challenging stakeholders, managing multiple vacancies, pipe lining talent in niche areas and support with brand awareness.
In order to be considered for this position please ensure you have the below;
- Prior experience to recruiting within the tech / digital sector
- Ability to manage challenging stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of running the full end to end recruitment process
- Credibility within the tech / digital market
- Awareness of new technology trends that impact recruitment
