We are recruiting for a national client, who require an Experienced HR Advisor for a period of 6 months at their Birmingham site. We require an immediate start! Offering approx £25000 - 28000 DOE.

Are you an experienced Generalist?

Have you managed a team?

We seek a candidate who can drive and support a small team of HR Assistants, ensure the smooth running for the HR department on site, for approx 400 staff.
The environment is busy, you will need to be adaptable and reactive! Have strong experience in areas such as ER, Recruitment, administration, training, and payroll. You need to be someone who can push back, who can keep HR moving, and advise on policy and process. Fantastic team, energetic environment!
