One of LMA's long standing clients, a globally renowned Law Firm is on the search for a HR Manager to step into a role and look after their Corporate Practise Group on a part-time or flexi working hours basis. As HR Manager you will be responsible for the practise group of over 300, made up of a combination of fee earners and Business services. This is a great opportunity as our client have a very positive approach to agile working, greatly promoting flexi working hours, or a part time working week. Therefore this is the ideal opportunity for someone with family commitments looking to remain working within a large corporate law firm, however that needs the flexibility.

As HR Manager you will be expected you to ensure the smooth running of HR Processes and policies and take leadership on a wide range of generalist issues whilst working with Centres of Expertise, alongside the Reward, Recruitment and Projects and Operations Functions. Your key responsibilities will also involve leading the Partner Performance review within the practice group, lead on Employee Relations cases and work to make sure that all issues come to resolution, whilst building strong relationships and with key stake holders.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 year's experience working in HR within the legal industry. It is essential you have experience working within a partnership environment and dealing with senior stakeholders such as Partners within your previous role.

This is a permanent position paying circa £70,000 with a very competitive benefits and bonus package.
