Our client is looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join their busy, fast paced HR function for approx. 2 month initially.

Client Details

Our client, based in south Bristol, are a fast paced and commercial organisation, within the wider Utilities industry. This client will give you exposure to a fast paced HR function supporting HR and Recruitment Advisors, offering a varied position day to day.

Description

The role of the HR Administrator will include but will not be limited to:

  • Supporting HR advisors in ER cases
  • Onboarding and offboaridng admin
  • Updating their HR system
  • Responding to HR and Recruitment queries via e-mail and phone
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

Profile

The chosen HR Administrator will display the following skills and attributes:

  • A good grounding in HR Administration is essential
  • Proactive self-starter, with the ability to use your own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good ability to prioritise and a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • High integrity
