An exciting opportunity to join a global brand based in fantastic Leeds City Centre offices in this HR Advisor role.
This will be a heavily E.R-orientated position and will be managing high volumes of E.R cases at one time.

A fantastic, global brand based in the professional services sector. This HR Advisor role will be based in their attractive Leeds City Centre offices as part of their wider HR function.
Description
In this HR Advisor position based in Leeds, roles and responsibilities are to include:
- Providing comprehensive support on a wide range of high-volume employee relations cases
- Managing all occupational health referrals, tracking spend and working with the business on implementing any reasonable workplace adjustments
- Providing coaching and training to managers in aspects of people policies and procedures
- Supporting with ad hochoc projects including redundancy, restructures, change management and TUPE
Profile
- Demonstrable HR experience, including exposure to ER issues
- CIPD qualified is preferred
- Experience in the application of company HR policy and procedures
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation
- Excellent attention to detail combined with good organisational skills
