Page Personnel are working with a leading industrial organisation based in Sheffield who are actively seeking an Interim Training Coordinator on a 6-12 month FTC basis

In a fast-paced and varied role, the successful candidate will support the L&D function and assisting with the organisation of training courses across the firm, upkeep of all L&D systems and procedures as well as maintaining an effective and responsive L&D service

Description

In a fast-paced and varied Interim Training Coordinator position based in Sheffield, roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing for all new starters and their induction, to include arrange new starter packs and induction room preparation
  • Co-ordinate organisation-wide, cross functional training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Update the Learning Management System, maintain any course documentation and assist with the on-going organisation of the training schedule
  • Supporting the Head of Learning & Development with the administration of the apprenticeship programme and training contract programme
  • Manage Vendor selection process and ongoing vendor relationships

Profile

* Proven work experience in a Training role or similar position
* Experience of working with digital learning platforms
* Vendor selection and performance management
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
* Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
* Proven experience of full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

Job Offer
