As the HR Service Delivery Lead you will act as the owner for the Service Delivery Model that works along side the Transformation Programme.

Your Duties:

You will be responsible for deploying and helping design the Service Delivery Model for the People Services operation.

Partner with other Service Leads and Country Managers to ensure that the model is executed and delivered into the Global business.

Established revised Service Delivery Technology support model, including the development of a new platform.

Establish and implement a Knowledge Strategy and measurement framework to improve employee experience.

Own the Target Operating Model and ensure that it is implemented into the business.

Establish a "best practice" for Service Delivery within the HR function.

Key Skills:

Excellent at managing senior stake holder relationships.

Strong HR Service Delivery Experience.

Experience in delivering a Service Delivery Model into a Global Organisation.

Strong Vendor Management Experience.

Exposure to leading a Global HR Transformation.

This is an exciting role to work for a Global FMCG business on a perm basis. The role is paying up to £130,000 + Benefits.
