Your new company
Your new company is a Fortune 500 operator within the oil and gas space that are looking for somebody to come in and support them for an initial 6 - 9 month contract, starting as quickly as possible.
Your new role
You will be responsible for recruiting the best talent across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates ahead of communicating offers. This role will work closely with various hiring managers, making an evaluation of their business needs at all levels and then resourcing / hiring the best talent in order to ensure these needs can be met as best possible.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, of which minimum 1 years' experience must be in an internal environment. You will also need excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, and good time management and organisation.
