We have an opportunity for an experienced strategic HR Business Partner to join an exciting Tech business based in the Oxford area.

This pure strategic focus role is offered on a permanent and full time basis.

Reporting to the HR Director you will be instrumental in developing the career planning process with the Senior Leadership Team as well as people strategy/plan as an ongoing project.

This is an exciting time to join this business as its starts the next phase of its development with a real focus on growth.

About you
·Experience of working in a similar tech environment
·Proven strategic and tactical/operational capability
·Experience in partnering with the MD and SLT and acting as a credible HR Business Partner
·A proven track record of delivering results and change
·Ability to drive, understand and address capability
·Ability to drive a common culture and employee engagement from a strategic focus
·Workforce planning experience
·Coaching and supporting the senior management team
·A strong level of influencing
·Demonstrable experience in building relationships quickly
·Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving ability
·Ability to work autonomously
·Ability to prioritise a demanding workload
·Graduate calibre and CIPD qualified
