This includes leading recruitment activities in line with company governance requirements and policies. The post holder will monitor HR KPIs and propose improvements to HR Services and recruitment processes.

  • Manage A to Z recruit administration, following the governance policy
  • Provide the professional support for recruitment including manager CV screening, assessment day and selection
  • Attending and arranging interviews (as well as support HR and hiring managers) for different stages of recruitment process and give qualitative feedback
  • Own the internal and external job posting operations, ensuring the company branding as an employer
  • First contact for recruitment agencies and consultancies for both permanent and non-permanent associates recruitment
  • Responsible for the delivery of high quality of HR services to business, covering all areas of HR work stream with a collaboration with other HR departments
  • Be a first point of contact for the business on all employee matters. This includes time and absence management, benefit operations, Employee Relations and general HR issues for both permanent and non-permanent employees
  • Promote and manage HR administrative processes, including the full associate life cycle (e.g. probation, appraisal, exit interview, etc.)
  • Support grievance, disciplinary and performance management cases, carrying out investigations, supporting managers to make decisions at formal hearings


  • Has evidenced experience and achievements in recruitment, sourcing and KPI management
  • Has evidenced experience and achievements in HR Services delivery
  • Experienced and knowledge in UK employee relations and employment law
  • HR professional qualifications highly desirable (CIPD)
  • Ability to undertake analytical work with good numerical skills
  • Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the organisation with excellent communication skills (Written and spoken)
