What can we tell you about this great organisation?

We don’t think that we are over egging the pudding when we say that this is a great business to work for. They are a great business that most people would love to have on their CV. You will also be pleased to know that the HR team are a great bunch to work with and you will have a super boss!

Here is a little bit about what will be keeping you busy…

You will be responsible for benefit scheme optimisation across the EMEA region, e.g. review of existing benefits schemes to identify cost savings / process efficiencies and end to end management of the selection, and adoption process, including Medical, Pension, Protection and Employee Liability benefits.

This role will also manage annual benefit contract renewals oversee process management for local medical insurances across that region. You will prepare and maintain benefits schedules by country and create masterfile documents and complete statutory requirements for benefit related submissions.

Vendor management experience is key as you will also manage benefit vendors and related vendors to ensure that the business gets the best deals possible.

You will oversee regional statutory benefits i.e. per diems and overtime eligibility and also support benefit reenrolment processes and other enrolment timelines throughout the year.

There will be varied project work and you will undertake a range of tasks during the lifecycle of each project. Initially overtime process condensing and review monitoring is a project that will need immediate focus by way of an example. You will also support the team in the delivery of broader projects with benefits elements as and when necessary

Who are we looking for?

We want to see people with a solid track record of around at least 5-6 years of working in roles with a focus on benefits. If you have been solely UK focused then we would like to see your CV but international benefits experience would be advantageous. Some candidates will have internal experience but some might have worked on the consultancy side with external clients and that is fine. We would consider you for this in-house role.

Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and providing high levels of client service by managing both cyclical processes and key projects is an important part of this role.

The HR function here is extremely collaborative so you should be someone that is willing to muck in and not just pick up responsibilities that are on your job description. You will be someone that is happy to work autonomously but as part of a team. You will not be micro managed.

Communication is important - preparing written communications and running webex sessions to brief employees, including the creation of a communications strategy for employees regarding benefits is a part of this role. You should be able to translate complex benefits terms into layman’s terms when implementing any changes within the region.

Sound good?

Why not send us your CV and we can tell you more about this super opportunity.

Company

Fetch Recruitment was set up by Yasmin Elezaj and Tommy Gale in 2017.  After years of working in and managing successful recruitment businesses, they decided to go into business together and have created an expert team.

Both with young families and very similar values in and out of work, they realised that they could offer excellent service to clients that were looking for a different approach to recruitment.

As such, Fetch is a very family oriented business.  We believe that if our recruiters have a good work-life balance, this will reflect in the service that they deliver for clients. This plays out in the quality of service that we provide.

Our team are not chained to their desks with their phone times being monitored. They are trusted to do what they are good at and because of this they go over and above. They all work from home and this means that we have good coverage across the UK as our team are spread out.

We created a commercial proposition that allows us to offer a far superior level of service to clients for much lower fees than our competitors. Everything that we do is about providing exceptional value and we think that we do this really well.
