This is an opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who is interested in working with colleagues to continue to shape the new People Hub to ensure a first class, customer focused and best practice service to staff and managers.

You will work with a team of Senior Advisers to provide case management support to line managers and employees, working through complex processes and dealing with enquiries in line with policy.  You will have the opportunity to work proactively with managers to support upskilling and raise confidence in dealing with complex processes.  Working with the People Services Team Managers and Advisers you will continuously improve the service provided by the People Hub.
