This is an opportunity for a candidate with experience in managing an operational HR team ideally within a large organisation.

You will have responsibility for supporting the service delivery of the People Hub, ensuring service levels are within SLAs.  Managing a team of Advisers by ensuring the quality of administration, advice and guidance provided is to the required standards, you will develop, your staff through effective performance management, coaching and supporting their training needs.

Working with the Advisers and Senior Advisers you will continuously improve the service provided by the People Hub.
