OD Business Partner, London, £60K to £80K plus benefits
I am working exclusively with a well-known consumer brand, who is looking for an Organisational Design specialist to join their team in West London. You will partner with the Senior Leadership Team and wider business to lead and shape the OD and HR Strategy during an exciting time of growth and transformation.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful OD leadership in large matrix organisations. You will have a deep knowledge and understanding of Organisational Design principles and best practice and be able to demonstrate how you have used your expertise to drive change and lead projects. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
Experience working in fast paced, commercial organisations would be highly beneficial. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fantastic organisation who have a brilliant culture.
