Are you an in-house recruiter thinking about the next step?
I am working with a prestigious education provider in central London, in their search for a Recruitment Advisor.
This is a permanent role, paying £30-40,000.
Working in a team of three, you'll be supporting and leading on a variety of campaigns within the organisation. This will include working closely with managers, attracting the best talent for the role, shortlisting candidates, and getting involved in the interview process. You will play a valuable part in the organisation, and have a significant role in improving the candidate experience.
You will be advising on both academic and corporate function roles, giving you the best of both worlds! This will allow you to develop your expertise in the education industry, as well as build upon your experience in recruiting for corporate functions.
They are also in the process of implementing a new ATS, so you will be involved with training and getting up to speed with it alongside the team. This is a really exciting time to join the organisation, and the culture is incredibly sociable and collaborative.
I am looking to speak with experienced in-house recruiters/talent acquisition professionals who are looking for a new opportunity. No specific industry background is required for this role.
The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
