Job Type: Temporary 1 day/week (preferably Friday) for up to 3 months
Occupational Health Staffing is looking to recruit an Occupational Health Technician/Administrator to work in London 1 days/week (preferably Fridays) on a temporary basis for up to 3 months. The role will involve:

• Maintaining OH database by scanning hard copy records onto Cohort software 
• Contribute to the administration of the department including reception duties, diary management and arranging meetings. 
• Processing of the departments invoices. 
• Typing of Standard Operational Procedures and Protocols for the department. 
• Shredding of hard copies. 
• Support the work of the Occupational Health team by:  
• Calibrating equipment; 
• Maintaining clinical areas and equipment cleaned in line with infection control guidelines; 
• Distribute health surveillance questionnaires for spirometry, audiometry, skin assessment and Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS);  
• Assist in the delivery of well-being and workplace health activities and campaigns.
