HR Co-ordinator12 month FTC£28,000 - £32,000paReadingTo start ASAP An exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator with a minimum of 12 months experience within large, matrix organisation/s, to join a vibrant, outgoing and hardworking Group HR team for an initial 12 month contract. The successful HR Administrator will report into the HR Business Partner, based within the Group HR Headquarters in Reading. The HR Administrator will work to manage the administration of the full employee lifecycle and support the overall people objectives of the organisation, including assisting in HR Transformation and Reward and Benefits projects. Key responsibilities include;Manage the new joiner administration process, including issuing contracts of employmentManage internal tracking tools to monitor the new joiner process and ensure it is followed correctly and in a timely mannerSupport Performance and Reward with ad-hoc preparation for annual processesTrack completion rates for annual performance process and provide reportingMaintain employee recordsManage employee queries in a timely manner (e.g. reference requests, policy queries)Provide support in administering HR policies and proceduresProcess monthly HR invoices in alignment with the Finance processMaintain organisational chartsLiaise with regional HR colleagues to support across the team Knowledge & Experience Required12 months+ HR experienceGood knowledge of HR processes for the employee life cycleExperience using HR Information Systems (preferably Workday)Confident using Microsoft packages such as Word and ExcelUnderstanding of HR systems projects and its role in supporting the team with dataConfident presenter and communicator, both in person and on paperHigh level of attention to detail, and the ability to handle, interpret data and informationProactive, positive and self-motivated with a passion for HR and peopleResilient and able to work well in a demanding and diverse environmentFlexible, collaborative and able to work as part of a small teamHighly customer orientatedQuick learner with an ability to embrace change
