Description
As the Training Manager you will identify training needs, design and deliver programmes for both sales and management development. You will be able to critically analyse your work and continually improve your outputs as well as demonstrating ROI to the Board.
Profile
The successful Training Manager will:
- have previously worked in an L&D or Training position within a sales environment - ESSENTIAL
- be a strong written and verbal communicator - ESSENTIAL
- enjoy working in a fast paced environment - ESSENTIAL
- be able to travel Internationally - ESSENTIAL
- hold a relevant training, L&D or equivalent qualification - ESSENTIAL
