Temporary HR Advisor
Our client is looking for a Temporary HR Advisor to join their busy Gloucestershire based HR function for an initial period of approx. 3 months.
Our client operates in the manufacturing and production industry and have experienced a period of change. This has lead to an increased HR workload and they are looking for some interim support.
The role of the Temporary HR Advisor will be a generalist position, and will include but not limited to coaching and advising managers on a daily basis, managing all Employee Relations, as well as the full recruitment life cycle.
The chosen Temporary HR Advisor will display the following skills and attributes:
- Immediately Available or available on short notice
- Previous generalist experience
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Ideally manufacturing experience (not essential)
A temporary generalist position for an initial three months, with the possibilty of extension and even potential of permanent. Competitive rate of pay.
