Head of Talent Acquisition, Reading (c. £80,000 + car allowance)

Our client, a high growth media and tech business, are looking to bring in a top-tier Head of Talent Acquisition to work across the UK and globally. This role will work alongside HR Director to deliver the Recruitment Strategy, D&I Agendaand people management across the company. This role will be instrumental in finding the right people to support the business change agenda during it's period of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the resourcing strategy across the Group
  • Work as the SME across the organisation for all resourcing considerations
  • Work with the Group HR Director to utilise Resourcing enhance organisational capability
  • Create and lead a mid-sized team to meet business requirements across UK and within Europe.
  • Provide accurate and timely talent data and insight to help influence organisation decision making

Key Experience:

  • Significant demonstrable experience within Talent Acquisition and Resourcing
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • Track record of developing teams to achieve a vision and provide clear direction
  • Experience of developing talent resourcing solutions across a diverse workforce
  • Demonstrable previous business partnering to achieve a talent strategy implementation
  • Excellent talent management and experience providing succession planning.
