Your new role
As interim HR manager, you will assist with the day-to-day running of HR operations and help oversee the smooth running of the HR function. Where required, you will also provide support on complex ER matters and assist with business as usual. In addition to this, you will be required to lead on several projects including: reviewing and improving polices and reviewing and refreshing recruitment and onboarding materials and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this post, you must be an experienced generalist with excellent knowledge and working experience of employment legislation. This will be demonstrated by your ability to advise on a variety of ER matters and when reviewing and improving policies and procedures. you will be required to start week commencing 1st July, so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
