Senior Recruiter - 12 Month FTC - Tech/ Media
Our client, an established global digital organisation is currently looking to hire a Senior Recruiter on a 12 month FTC.
They are looking for candidates who are experienced in hiring across all functions with a focus on technology.
- Full cycle recruitment including: Talent attraction, Sourcing, Briefing hiring managers, Selection & Assessment.
- Management of stakeholder relationships with different line managers, HR and department heads.
- Managing third party suppliers where necessary.
- Advising and challenging the business on best practice.
- Generation of data through ATS or CRM system.
- Previous recruitment experience gained in-house.
- Proven stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Experience in recruiting Software Engineers, QA Developers, Testers.
- International experience i.e. EMEA and APAC.
- German, Polish, or Spanish speaking are desirable but not essential.
