Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit 2 x Clinical Service Delivery Team Leaders on a full time permanent basis on behalf of a health care provider. You will be flexible to work across various locations in Central and Greater London (there are 12 centres all across London - shared between 2 Team leaders). The Clinical Service Delivery Team Leader is expected to support the business to deliver and maintain the highest standards of clinical and advisory services. Duties:
- Management of a team of 6 Occupational Health Nurse Advisors
- Support the Service Manager in the development of service policy and procedures
- Review of protocols, procedures and processes
- Creation of new methods of working based on evidence based occupational health practise
- Working with the Clinical Governance Committee in agreeing and signing off new clinical protocols and procedures
- Conducting local site audits of all clinical grades
- Taking part in the Duty OH Manager on-call rota
- Maintaining a clinical hands on role with the completion of management referrals as and when required, other clinical services such as health assessments, trauma debriefs, health surveillance, and the shared management of the OH Mailbox and Cohort triage
- Investigating and resolving clinical complaints including writing to relevant authorities, governing bodies and clients
- Advising on, and resolving complex clinical cases - especially providing support to Occupational Health Nurse Advisors on an escalated, as and when needed, basis
To apply for this role you will need to be a registered nurse with an Occupational Health Qualification on part 3 of the NMC register. You will be an experienced Senior OH professional with excellent case management skills and previous experience of supervising a small team. If successful you will need to go through an enhanced security clearance.
Salary: £46K
