Job Details
The company is easily accessible by car from the A14 and A12 and has free parking.
The role is being offered initially on a full time temporary basis, before moving onto a flexible working fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic role for a highly experienced and knowledgeable HR professional, coming into a business in a period of change, who need HR structure and processes implemented in key areas such as:
- Cultural alignment
- Recruitment
- On boarding and inductions
- Policies
- L&D
- Appraisal process and objective setting
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with extensive HR experience and can demonstrate the ability to join the business, take an overview of what needs to change, and then working with the Leadership team to implement the change.
The role will start ASAP for a period of circa four - six months.
