A full generalist Reward remit for a large, well established business
Client Details
A well established business based in York.
Description
Reporting into the HR function you will have a full generalist Reward remit across the business for approx 1500 employees including:
- Benchmarking
- Bonus and payments
- Gender paygap reporting
- Analysing Reward data for the SLT
- Adhoc Reward projects to meet business demand
Profile
- Have previously worked in a Reward role - ESSENTIAL
- Have the full reward remit working in a fast paced organisation with a headcount of approx 1500 employees
- Have excellent stakeholder relationships
- IT proficient including HR systems, Excel intermediate level
- Have previously worked on Gender paygap reporting, benchmarking, pay and bonuses
