Recruitment Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a superb new Recruitment Manager role. My client is an established legal firm with national presence undergoing exciting change.

This role will see you take responsibility for the Recruitment strategy across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

Writing and executing the recruitment strategy across the business.

Partnering effectively with key stakeholders and senior leadership across the firm.

Developing the company EVP, candidate attraction, talent pooling, succession planning, candidate experience.

Managing agency relationships and manage the PSL.

Establish and review recruitment processes and procedures.

Focus on a direct recruitment strategy to reduce recruitment spend.

Hands on recruitment managing a job portfolio

As the successful candidate, you will:

Have previously worked in Professional Services or Law

Have a demonstrable track record at Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Partner level

Have managed and executed a recruitment strategy

Have excellent stakeholder management

Be able to travel across the UK
