Oakleaf Partnership are representing a major media brand recruiting for a Head of Compensation to join their team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in M&A environments previously, exceptional stakeholder management experience is crucial. Candidates from a Media or consultancy background could be particularly advantageous due to the nature of this business. Additionally, if you have worked in a unionised environment previously this would be desirable however by no means essential. The role will offer a mix between the strategic piece and the operational elements of reward. You will be focusing on the compensation piece ensuring good remuneration governance and compliance. Remco experience is also desirable if possible. You will be working with an international population however the majority of employees are UK based. You will also have a reward analyst to support you. The organisation is one of the most recognised brands in the media space, offering a creative, diverse and flexible working environment.
