Compensation and Benefits Adviser

A prestigious global law firm are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Adviser to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. Based in stunning offices in the City, you'll work on a number of interesting projects. The hiring manager is a true mentor and is keen that this role provide an opportunity for you to build on your existing Reward knowledge and develop your career.

You will work across both Compensation and Benefits, primarily focussing on the UK but with some aspects of your role having an international remit. You will administer the firm's benefits platform and help to develop and implement new benefits programs. You'll assist with the annual compensation cycle and analyse Reward data from multiple sources. You'll perform presentations to new starters about Compensation and Benefits, and liaise with senior staff from across the firm.

There will be a lot of data to analyse and your Excel and analytical skills will be heavily relied upon. Your experience of managing senior stakeholders will enable you to be effective in the role as you will work closely with senior staff. This is a highly customer-facing position, and you will need to be able to deal with sensitive issues in an appropriate manner.
