Resourcing ManagerLeedsProfessional Services Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a superb new Recruitment Manager role. My client is an established professional services firm with national presence undergoing exciting change. This role will see you take responsibility for the Recruitment strategy across the UK. The successful candidate will need to be able to visit other office locations across the UK including London. Our client would be interested to speak to candidates who have worked in law or professional services previously but this is not essential. If you are currently working as a Resourcing / Recruitment Manager or Business Partner looking for a new challenge this is an excellent opportunity.Key responsibilities include:Writing and executing the recruitment strategy across the business.Partnering effectively with key stakeholders and senior leadership across the firm.Developing the company EVP, candidate attraction, talent pooling, succession planning, candidate experience.Managing agency relationships and manage the PSL.Establish and review recruitment processes and procedures.Focus on a direct recruitment strategy to reduce recruitment spend.Hands on recruitment managing a job portfolio For more information please get in touch.
