A great opportunity based in Richmond upon Thames for a HR Advisor to provide a full range of generalist support. Competitive salary and great benefits on offer.

Client Details

A well know organisation in the public sector based in Richmond upon Thames looking for a HR Advisor to join their team and provide support on generalist HR duties.

Description

The role will comprise of general HR duties at an advisor level which include

  • Managing employee relations case work
  • HR reporting
  • Coaching managers in the implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Working closely with the Payroll Officer
  • Overseeing Staff Development and training
  • Responsible for overseeing the operational HR service through management of the Assistant
  • Focusing on continual improvement as well as leading and supporting on ad-hoc project work

Profile

  • HR Generalist background
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence at senior level
  • Advanced IT skills including Microsoft office
