Job Details
A true business partnering position, working with the line managers to upskill them and support the business function. The role involves line management of a small team, and works closely with other managers to oversee your own business area. This role is a full time permanent role and does offer flexible working.

Description
- Align the business strategy with the HR strategy, providing HR advice and solutions to stakeholders
- Analyse the risks, trends and challenges in the BP team and ER activity
- Update and maintain compliant HR policies and procedures for complex HR solutions
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all sensitive matters for HR
- Manage the expectations and relationships for Directors and senior managers
- Develop and deliver organisational development requirements in line with the business needs
Profile
- Be a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- You will have a CIPD level 5 or above
- You will have previous man management experience
- Experience leading organisation change
