Description

  • Plan and implement the strategy for UK Dealer Training in order to provide relevant training and career opportunities for Dealer Staff
  • Support the UK field teams (Sales, Aftersales and UKOS) with reporting of compliance as required
  • Focus on delivering industry leading dealer training programmes
  • Create "value for money" for the training levy
  • Increase course utilisation
  • Develop and implement the communication strategy for each product area
  • Promote a "career culture" to attract, develop and maintain the "best in industry" Dealer staff
  • Maintain CRM to ensure accuracy of information
  • Manage the relationship with the external training provider in order to maintain full visibility of the training budget, operation and all activities required to achieve the UK strategy
  • Liaise with Dealer Networks via National Dealer Councils and Dealer visits in order to ensure the training operation meets the demands of the relative industry

Profile

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Proven Project Experience in a commercial environment
  • Positive attitude with a "can do" approach under pressure
  • Proven ability to make sound commercial decisions
  • Driven team player with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
