We currently have an exciting opportunity with one of our leading clients who are currently recruiting for a Head of Talent for a 12-18 month period.

As Head of Talent you will have a pure strategic focus and a passion for developing people and enjoy leading a team to deliver across Talent attraction and development, D&I and Cultural Change.

This is an exciting period of growth for this established business and so they need a proven strategic leader to drive change and work with the Group HR Director and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to successfully lead the people agenda. The role also requires strong stakeholder management engaging directly with the SLT in each part of the business.

This is a key leadership position and a new role to the business and so you will have the opportunity to, in essence, make it your own and develop the strategy supporting growth and development.

Requirements:

·Proven ability to work at a senior strategic level within Talent
·Graduate calibre and CIPD qualified
·Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering a talent and HR agenda in a robust environment
·The ability to drive innovation, deliver change and provide leadership in response to business or market conditions.
