A unique opportunity has arisen at a rapidly growing, award-winning global management consultancy, who are looking for a Senior International Mobility & Reward specialist to join their growing HR team. This role reports directly into the Head of Reward and sits within the supportive and collaborative HR team. You will be responsible for delivering the end-to-end management for all international secondments, assisting with the development of International Mobility policy and processes and establishing new locations. Your good working knowledge of immigration and working regulations will support you to ensure the business remains compliant with current regulations. You will also take the lead in secondee transfer briefings and correspondence.

A further element of this role is maintaining and developing the international benefits programmes, keeping Payroll and international providers updated with changes to international assignments and new locations. You will also be the main point of contact for international compensation and benefit queries as well as assisting and coordinating the salary & benefits review process, alongside benchmarking, for all international locations.

A good working knowledge of Global Mobility & Reward issues along with knowledge of international employment law and taxation will allow you to hit the ground running in this role. The role will be fast paced and varied with no two days the same, the ability to manage your workload to ensure deadlines are met will be key to your success. This role allows a lot of scope for progression and an exciting opportunity to develop the Global Mobility function for this award winning firm.
