Head of Talent
Henlee Resourcing is working with a leading business based near Oxford, to recruit an exceptional Head of Talent into a newly created, exciting and highly diverse interim role (12 months initially).
This business has c2000 staff across the UK and in Europe, boasts a market leading position across several of their brands, is very profitable and, most importantly to this role, has ambition to grow!
Reporting to the Group HR Director, as Head of Talent you will lead Learning & Development, Recruitment, Talent and Culture Change. Forming an integral part of the senior HR leadership team, you will lead the set-up of a new look Talent function and manage the people agenda across these areas.
This role will see you engage directly with senior leaders so, will require excellent stakeholder management skills, you will also need experience in a wide range of disciplines; from embedding new behaviours and successfully equipping leaders / managers for change, to developing an L&D strategy which fits with business needs and continues to improve their approach to D&I. Ensuring they have the right talent to deliver the company growth ambitions will be a critical part of the role too!!
Successful applicants will be of graduate calibre and/or CIPD qualified with a strong HR acumen and a proven track record of delivering results in a business going through significant transformation. You will lead a small but, talented team, which will require strong leadership skills and you must demonstrate drive, energy and passion with an appetite for change and proven strategic and tactical/operational capability.
