People Process Lead6-12 month contract (FTC) £65000 = £70,000 My client is an international utilities brand undergoing a global optimization project urgently seeking a People Process Lead to join on a 6 - 12 month contract with an immediate start. Based in Central London you will report into the overall Project Lead and act as the subject matter expert.Key Responsibilities: Process mapping, working through subsequent organisation design implicationsHighlight to project teams the people related impacts of proposed process changesStakeholder management supporting the implementation of solutions including Global Shared Service centres, automation and AIApply knowledge within the business to mitigate risk and identifies new ways to assess adherence to amended processesSupporting broader HR teams to plan and execute people impacts of desired changesShow an awareness of how technology can be deployed to deliver efficiency, effectiveness andcontrol to meet business requirementsApply project management techniques to manage large and complex projects and ensures changes areembedded into business as usual processWell-developed analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills;Coach and develop ability to manage peopleManage multiple tasks concurrently and work to deadlines;Input into change management plans and assistance with training effortsInput into programme plan, critical path, risks and dependencies Experience required: A proven track record of having worked in a similar role in Finance, with a Big 4Accounting firm, Consulting or a Law firmExperience within the utilities industryAbility to achieve results in a matrix organisationKnowledge of organisation design model and methodologyKnowledge of change management framework
