Our client, a longstanding and reputable organisation are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join their busy team. The offices are based around a ten minute walk from both the city centre and train station. You will be joining a small but fast paced team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for the day to day generalist duties within the HR department. You will also be responsible for for the entire Employee Relations function, including providing advice to employees and liaising with Unions. You will also support the Recruitment function by interviews candidates, sifting CV's and organising interviews.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will have a strong background of Generalist HR experience. You will have experience of handling complex and high volumes of casework. You will be able to prioritise a demanding workload whist maintaining an accurate attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an annual salary of up to £30,000 dependant upon your experience. You will also gain a great benefits package. The office is extremely close to a number of shops and has great access to public transport links.
