Working with the Head of HR UK, the Head of Global Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy, and the Global Diversity Partner lead to develop, deliver, and embed the UK Diversity and Wellbeing programme, ensuring alignment with global diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing goals.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Head of HR UK, Global Diversity Partner lead, UK Regional Managing Partner, operational teams, and other key internal stakeholders to embed UK diversity and wellbeing activity into all HR and business processes and policies and ensure regulatory requirements are met

Support the Head of Global Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Strategy on global diversity, wellbeing and employee engagement projects

Project manage ad hoc UK diversity and wellbeing initiatives

Manage the Diversity Coordinator

Work with the Marketing and Business Development teams and partners in creating opportunities to collaborate and engage with clients and deepen these relationships through diversity and wellbeing related activity

Support the Marketing and Business Development teams in responding to client diversity requests in RFPs and pitches

Work closely with the PR team to ensure careful management of the firm's image and messaging on diversity and wellbeing, including handling press related queries

Work closely with external bodies to benchmark progress against best practice and keep up to date with the latest development in diversity and wellbeing research and thinking
Manage internal and external diversity and wellbeing communications and branding including the UK diversity brochure, intranet and extranet sites, social media, and weekly bulletin

Manage the UK diversity and wellbeing budgets

Oversight of six employee networks, including strategy, branding and communications, budget, steering committees, and over 60 internal and client events and initiatives per year

Design and deliver the diversity and wellbeing induction session to new joiners, trainees and NQ associates

Manage the maternity mentoring programme by co-ordinating mentors and mentees

Work closely with graduate recruitment to support Widening Access activities

Experience
Graduate with several years HR/D&I experience gained in a service of knowledge orientated environment,

Experience in creating and delivering HR/D&I projects, including change programmes;

Strong written and oral communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Creating and managing communication strategies (with help of others)

Proficient IT skills - Microsoft Project skills, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills

Results oriented and able to drive change

Impact and results are key for this role and my client would like to understand how YOUR strategy has impacted business performance – examples will be required.
