An established manufacturing organisation with a fantastic reputation, and growing on a global basis, is seeking a Recruitment Manager.
As a newly created position within the business – historically HR have managed all recruitment needs – this role will incorporate both operational and strategic accountability, and as such you must be able to manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
Reporting to the HR Director you will take ownership of all recruitment activity, including designing and implementing a recruitment/talent strategy through to sifting CVs, conducting interviews and producing offer letters.
To be considered for this role you will be:
Experienced within a blue collar industry/environment;
Experienced in recruiting a high volume of specialist engineering/manufacturing positions;
Capable of providing the full recruitment service;
Understanding of the positive impact you can have on the bottom line of the business.
