A leading B2B services business – with an unrivalled reputation – is seeking a highly capable, commercially focused Regional HR Business Partner to provide a complete and varied generalist service to a diverse internal customer base.
Predominantly based across 2 sites – one in the Staffordshire, the other in the East Midlands – you will provide a comprehensive generalist service to a diverse internal customer base, dealing with a range of HR issues.
In this role you will work autonomously, taking ownership of HR issues across these sites at once; on occasion you may have to travel to other sites across the UK (you will manage your own diary) but the preferred method will be to utilise local HR Business Partners when needed.
In this role you will be exposed to both business as usual and project work, and the role will provide you with development that will benefit your career long-term.
To be considered for this role you must:
Be a true HR Generalist, having touched on all aspects of the HR lifecycle;
Have worked with a diverse internal customer base, ideally with exposure to a sales force/function;
Be a proactive HR practitioner and understand how to increase management accountability and capability in order to deal with their own People issues;
Be flexible in terms of travel across the two base locations.
